When you request a free trial class, tour, or otherwise contact us, we may collect: your name and your child's name, phone number, email address, program interests, and any information you choose to share in message fields. We collect this information only when you voluntarily provide it.

We use your information to: schedule and confirm trial classes and tours; send appointment reminders and class-related notifications; respond to your questions; and provide customer support. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our scheduling, messaging, and email systems (for example, our CRM and messaging carrier), solely so they can perform services on our behalf.
